Headnote:
Zu den Maßstäben für die Beurteilung einer erheblichen individuellen Gefahr und des erforderlichen Niveaus willkürlicher Gewalt in einem innerstaatlichen Konflikt. Damit Art. 4 (4) Qualifikationsrichtlinie Anwendung findet, muss ein innerer Zusammenhang zwischen dem drohenden Schaden, der in der Vergangenheit eingetreten ist oder gedroht hat, und dem zukünftigen drohenden Schaden bestehen.
