Date:
Sunday, February 9, 2014

The online resource page concerns the usage of medical reports documenting asylum seekers’ physical and/or mental health in Refugee Status Determination (RSD) proceedings as objective evidence to support asylum claims. The page includes an introduction to Medico-Legal Reports (MLRs), and an explanation of their purpose and who they are authored by. A section on the format of MLRs and the available guidance on their composition is included, along with a list of relevant resources and MLR-provider organisations.

Read the full resource page on the Fahamu website.
